Directory FAQs
Every five years, the Alumni Association partners with Publishing Concepts to help us clean up our alumni data. We work with this company because our database contains around 50,000 alumni, faculty, and friends, so verifying data would be a monumental and prohibitively expensive task without their help.
We publish this directory to help alumni organize reunions, contact hall of fame nominees, and plan other special events.
If you receive a phone call, email, or mail asking you to verify your data, please respond or call 1-800-414-4603.
Emails come from noreply@publishingconcepts.com and likely have the subject "Data Verification for Euclid High School Alumni."
YOU ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO PURCHASE A DIRECTORY, but you're likely to get a hard sell when you respond. If you do not want to purchase a directory, make your DARE officer proud and "Just Say 'No.'"

We agree that the email looks fishy but unfortunately don’t have much control over that.
The best way to check is to confirm the sender. Emails come from noreply@publishingconcepts.com and likely have the subject "Data Verification for Euclid High School Alumni." A screenshot of the email is available on our homepage.

The Alumni Association keeps a database of all Euclid graduates for historical purposes. We also use it to support classes to organize reunions, to find contact information for Hall of Fame nominees, and to connect in other ways.
We are also actively working to update our database system and hope to launch the new database with accurate information from this process.

More important is what we DO NOT do.
THE ALUMNI ASSOCIATION DOES NOT:
Share information with outside organizations.
Email you unless you have opted in to our email list.
Publicly post contact information.
Share contact information with individuals without your permission.

That’s up to you! Your name will still appear in our database and the directory with no contact information or contact information that is publicly available and may be incorrect.
If you do not want your contact information to appear, we recommend that you call 1-800-414-4603 and indicate that preference.
